Zevia Rx exists to make doctor-prescribed GLP-1 weight loss care simple, transparent, and accessible — without insurance paperwork, waiting rooms, or hidden pricing.
What we do
Zevia Rx is a telehealth platform. We built the front door: a structured health intake you complete in about two minutes, transparent plans with pricing shown before you pay, and logistics that bring care to you. Behind that door, the medicine is practiced by the people the law entrusts it to — independent, licensed clinicians in your state review every intake and make every medical decision, and state-licensed US pharmacies prepare and ship any medication that is prescribed, in temperature-controlled, cold-chain packaging.
We are not a pharmacy and not a medical group. We do not manufacture, dispense, or ship medication, and we never decide who is prescribed — a prescription is never guaranteed, and purchasing a plan does not create one. If your provider determines treatment is not appropriate, your medication cost and shipping fee are refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What we believe
- Price transparency. The full cost of your plan — medication, provider consultation, and shipping — is itemized on one screen before you pay. No insurance required, no surprise bills.
- Provider-led care. Every intake is reviewed by a licensed clinician in your state. Clinical judgment, not marketing, decides who is treated.
- Straight talk about medication. Where compounded medication is prescribed, it is prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies and is not FDA-approved; we say so plainly, everywhere it matters.
- Privacy by default. Health information is encrypted, access-controlled, never sold, and never used for third-party advertising. See our Privacy Policy.
Our care & fulfillment partners
Medical consultations: every intake on Zevia Rx is reviewed by independent, licensed clinicians through MD Integrations (MDI), a network of US-licensed medical providers. MDI's clinicians handle all consultations and make every prescribing decision independently.
Pharmacy fulfillment: when a provider issues a prescription, it is filled and shipped by Hallandale Pharmacy, a state-licensed US pharmacy, in temperature-controlled cold-chain packaging.
