Terms of Service

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Zevia Rx, Inc. (“Zevia Rx,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of zeviarx.com and our services (the “Services”). By using the Services, completing the health quiz, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Telehealth Informed Consent. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What Zevia Rx is (and is not)

Zevia Rx is a telehealth platform. We are not a medical group, pharmacy, or insurer, and we do not practice medicine. We connect you with independent, licensed healthcare providers who exercise their own professional judgment, and with state-licensed pharmacies that dispense any medication prescribed. A prescription is never guaranteed. Whether any medication is appropriate for you is decided solely by a licensed provider based on your health profile. Compounded medications, where prescribed, are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies and are not approved by the FDA; the FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a state where the Services are available, and complete our health intake truthfully and completely. Providing false or incomplete health information is dangerous and is grounds for refusal or termination of the Services without refund of amounts already spent on completed care.

3. Not for emergencies

The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you experience a possible adverse reaction to a medication, stop use and contact your provider; for urgent symptoms call 911. You can also report adverse events to us at support@zeviarx.com and to the FDA MedWatch program.

4. Plans, pricing, and payment

Plan pricing is shown at checkout before you pay, including the one-time provider consultation fee and cold-chain shipping fee itemized on the order summary. Monthly plans renew each month at the stated rate until you cancel; multi-month plans are paid up front (directly or through a third-party financing partner such as Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay). Financing is subject to the partner's own approval, terms, and agreements — a financing decline does not affect your medical eligibility. All charges are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your card details.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms. In short: if a licensed provider does not issue you a prescription, the medication cost and shipping fee are refunded in full, automatically, and any financing plan is adjusted with the financing partner accordingly; the provider consultation fee is non-refundable, as it pays for the provider's clinical review regardless of outcome. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime before renewal. Medication that has been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned or refunded, consistent with pharmacy law, and undispensed months of a plan financed through a BNPL partner are not refundable once treatment has begun — see the full policy for details.

6. Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Services only for yourself (not on behalf of another person), not to resell, share, or distribute any medication, and not to misuse, probe, or disrupt the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required for safety or by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including all site content, branding, and software, are owned by Zevia Rx or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Zevia Rx does not warrant any particular health outcome; individual results vary. Nothing on the site is medical advice — medical advice comes only from your licensed provider.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zevia Rx's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and Zevia Rx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your providers' independent professional responsibility for the care they deliver.

10. Disputes; governing law

We want to resolve issues directly — contact support@zeviarx.com first and we will try in good faith to fix the problem. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Zevia Rx, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, except where the law of your state of residence necessarily applies to consumer protections.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date; material changes will be notified to active customers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
